Emmett Glynn (MCIOB) - Managing Director

Performance driven professional with a wealth of experience and in-depth expertise in all facets of contracts, site management and project management.  Expert at driving projects to on time completion including all deliverables and in adherence with agreed budgets.

Architect / Designer - Consultant

We have established working relationships with our Architects and Designers who are appointed specifically to each project based on the scope of the assignment. We have worked with these professionals over many years and established a proven and successful track record.  

Building Control Officer - Consultant

 We work continuously with our Building Control Consultants to ensure full compliance with regulations and ensure all certificates are issued on completion. 

Health & Safety - Consultant

We appoint our Health & Safety Consultants and work closely with them from initial design through to completion of the project.
