We manage the team and hold scheduled design workshops with you.
We will provide proposals following the workshops to satisfy your requirements. These will include detailed layouts, schedules of finishes and the Cost plan. If requested we provide 3D visuals

Appointed Principle Contractor
For those clients that have appointed their professional team we are happy to provide accurate costings for works and to undertake the work in the role of Principle Contractor.
We will manage, monitor and co ordinate the entire construction phase. Whilst we have our established team of contractors and suppliers we are happy to work with and coordinate any specialist contractors appointed by the client.
