Location - Epsom, Surrey Scope - 45,000 sq ft Overview of the Project - Grade II Listed Building Full Refurbishment
The work included the replacement of the roof carcassing and finishes, refurbishment of existing windows and addressing damp ingress within the basement area
Internally we added full air conditioning and redecorated and recarpeted throughout.
Our works included the design and erection of a full scaffold with temporary roof cover to allow works to the main roof and windows.

Scope - 10,000 sq ft
Overview of the Project - Office refurbishment
New data installation to include newly formed Comms Room.
The removal of existing stone floor to allow the installation of marble floor throughout.
We provided new reception and waiting area, cellular offices and meeting rooms.
The air conditioning was modified and supplemented with new units.

Fit out works to include alterations to existing services - upgrade of mechanical and electrical services and complete alteration to main entrance canopy and main doors.
